History of Goodwill Easter Seals Assistive Technology Services

Founded in 1984 as the Communication Assistance Resource Services (CARS), a project of the Development Center for Handicapped Children which became the Technology Resource Center. In 2002, TRC joined Goodwill Easter Seals Miami Valley. In 2008, our brand name change to Goodwill Easter Seals Miami Valley Assistive Technology Services.

Kathy is currently pursuing a Masters degree in Public Administration at The University of Dayton.  Graduating this year, she hopes to continue a career in the non-profit sector.
