PRICING
AT Lending Library is a yearly subscription-based service and the products are available for local pickup and drop-off. The cost for the Lending Library is based on a one-year rate.
Individual Subscription: Free through 2010
Professional Subscription: $100 per year
Organizational Subscription: $250 per year
Individual Subscription: for a parent of a child with a disability or for a person with a disability.
Professional Subscription: for a teacher, caseworker, Occupational Therapist, Speech Pathologist, etc.
Organization Subscription: for an organization/facility and can be used for up to 10 professionals.
Equipment Can Be Picked up or Dropped off, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday or Friday 10:00 A.M. thru 4:30 P.M. by Appointment.
Lending Library Application
As a Subscriber You Will Receive the Following Benefits
- Ability to take out equipment two weeks at a time to try. Loans can be longer if it is not being requested by someone else.
- A true "Try It Before You Buy It" experience.
- Assistance with vendor information to purchase everything available in our AT Library.
- Information and Referral on AT products and services.
- Access to brochures, literature and invitations to workshops, equipment, and software previews.
Lending Library Policies
- Checking out toys is open to anyone. We do however, request that the selected toy be for the benefit of an individual with a disability.
- First-time borrowers are limited to 12 items at one time. Subsequent check-outs may be limited based on history of returns (items on time or late), availability of product, or other reasons at our discretion.
- We understand that our toys break occasionally from wear and tear, but you are responsible for toys that are damaged by misuse or for missing pieces.
- Batteries are provided free of charge because we want the children to have lots of fun with our toys. However, we are a non-profit organization and WE LOVE DONATIONS from you, your employer, your church. etc.
